Visa de Taiwán

Visa Application Form. Completed application form for Taiwan will be prepared within 5 business hours of order submission, and emailed to you to download, print and sign.

Original Passport. The passport must be valid at least 6 months after the intended date of departure from the territory of the destination country and has at least 2 blank visa pages.

Passport-type Photograph. Include 2 passport style photos, with a white background, taken within the last 6 months. You may also choose to upload a photo to your order for us to print. There is a surcharge associated with this service.

Proof of Status. A copy of immigration status in the country of residence such as resident card, work, or study permit.

Bank statement. A copy of the applicant's recent bank statement or evidence of adequate finance, such as a letter from a bank, or money market statement. It is advisable to erase account numbers.

Hotel Reservations. Copy of hotel reservations (Applicant's name must be on Hotel Reservation).

Personal Invitation. If visiting friends or family, you must provide letter of invitation with the contact information of the host and visitor, purpose and duration of the visit, confirmation of accommodation including the address, signature and date. You will also need to provide proof of the host's status in Taiwán ie. copy of their Taiwán passport's information page, or, if they are not a citizen of Taiwán, copies of their Taiwán residence permit and their national passport's information pages.

Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or detailed itinerary for the duration of the trip (Applicant's name must be on itinerary). The itinerary must also include exact entry and exit dates and locations.
